3. Orders and Payment

All orders are subject to acceptance, verification, payment approval, and availability.

Fragrance Nevaeh reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order if we detect incorrect pricing, suspicious activity, payment issues, stock unavailability, incorrect customer information, or any other issue that prevents successful fulfillment.

4. Shipping

Shipping timelines are estimates and may vary. Once an order has been shipped, courier delays are outside our control.

Customers must provide accurate shipping details. We are not responsible for delivery problems caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

5. Cancellations

If an order has not shipped, cancellation may be possible and a full refund may be issued.

If an order has already shipped, the customer must receive the package and return it unopened and unused before any refund can be considered. A $20 handling/restocking fee may apply for shipped order cancellations.

6. Returns and Refunds

Returns and refunds are handled according to our Return and Refund Policy. Opened, used, tested, or damaged-after-delivery products are not eligible for return or refund.

Change-of-mind refunds are not accepted.

Damaged items, once verified, are eligible for replacement only, not refund.

7. Chargebacks and Disputes

Customers are encouraged to contact us first before opening a bank dispute or chargeback. We are committed to reviewing order issues and providing support where applicable.

8. Limitation of Liability

Fragrance Nevaeh is not liable for delays, courier issues, incorrect customer information, misuse of products, allergic reactions, personal scent preferences, or any indirect losses related to the use of our website or products.
