At Fragrance Nevaeh, we work to process and ship orders as quickly as possible.
1. Standard Shipping
Standard shipping is free.
Standard orders are usually processed and shipped from our warehouse within 3–5 business days.
2. Express Shipping
Express orders are usually processed and shipped from our warehouse within 1–2 business days.
Please note that these timelines refer to our warehouse processing and dispatch time only. Final delivery time depends on the courier company, destination, weather, holidays, and other factors outside our control.
3. Courier Delivery Time
After an order is shipped, the courier company is responsible for transit and delivery. Delivery times may vary depending on location and courier service.
Fragrance Nevaeh is not responsible for courier delays once the package has been handed over to the shipping carrier.
4. Tracking Information
Once your order ships, tracking information will be provided by email when available.
Tracking may take some time to update after the label is created or after the package is accepted by the carrier.
5. Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. Fragrance Nevaeh is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, lost packages, or additional shipping costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete address.
